“Classic Outdoor Living” at Rooms with a View was a Great Success
This November, Kenneth Lynch and Sons was honored to participate in the 25th Annual Rooms with a View Showcase in Southport, CT. This prestigious design showcase attracted over 2,500 designers and homeowners who came to experience creative vignettes by 12 talented interior designers. As a Design Sponsor, KLS is proud to have been able to support this highly respected event which raises funds for several vital charities and also funds scholarships for design students.

In addition to this sponsorship, Kenneth Lynch & Sons had the opportunity to feature our “Classic Outdoor Living” vignette in front of the majestic Southport Congregational Church during this three-day exclusive event. Over the course of a few days of installation and setup, we enjoyed working side by side with the 12 talented designers whose design vignettes were built inside the church.

The behind the scenes set up for the event consisted of three days of heavy lifting! Our crew started with building the large platforms for a dramatic presence in front of the church. In the days leading up to the showcase, we carefully installed our Florentine Classics and Estate Elements product lines to create an inviting interactive atmosphere for visitors. The furniture and outdoor ornament showcased were some of our most iconic and detailed pieces, allowing visitors to experience our quality craftsmanship firsthand. We featured our seashell motif furniture and statuary to reflect Southport’s coastal location.

The kick-off event for Rooms with a View was the Opening Preview Gala, featuring a silent auction and creative cuisine by top Fairfield County chefs. The Night at the Hadley event celebrated up and coming designers and paid tribute to the late Albert Hadley, founder of Rooms with a View.
